All Hydro-kote products are produced from vegetable fats or vegetable derived fatty acids, are nontoxic and unreactive toward normal actives. Compared to cocoa butter, Hydro-kote products exhibit excellent contraction and mold release properties, a range of well-defined melting profiles and excellent chemical and physical stability. These products are produced with advanced processing techniques such as fractionation, esterification, interesterification hydrogenation.
