Can ABITEC's labels be customized to my needs?
ABITEC can handle your special labeling requests. Please provide complete information at time of order placement, and we will custom print your requests on our ABITEC Label.

How do I request literature or additional information on your products?
Please visit our Enquiry page to request copies of our brochures. Literature and specification sheets are available on all of our products.

Is there a limit on the number of samples I request?
ABITEC has a limit of 4 x 8oz samples requested through our web site. If you require additional product, please contact the corresponding sales representative on our Contact Us page.

How do I request samples?

We have not purchased products from ABITEC in the past. How do we set up an account?
Credit Forms can be downloaded from our site. Visit the New Account page of our site. US applications will take up to 5-7 days for review. CIA (cash in advance) accounts can be set up the day you contact ABITEC. International applications will take 5-7 days for review, with all accounts given CIA (cash in advance) terms unless otherwise negotiatied.

 

Placing Orders

How do I get pricing on ABITEC's products?
ABITEC's Sales Service Department will be able to provide quotes to your company. Quote requests should be sent to sales@abiteccorp.com.

Does ABITEC participate in an EDI program?
Yes! ABITEC can work with your company to set up EDI transmission of your orders. Please contact sales@abiteccorp.com for information.

How do I place an order with ABITEC?
ABITEC can currently receive orders by phone: 800-526-4547 or 614-429-6464; by fax: 614-299-8279; by email: sales@abiteccorp.com; or by EDI. All orders received by ABITEC’s Sales Service Department are confirmed to you by fax.

Certification and Quality 

Does ABITEC Corporation participate in a quality program?
ABITEC has been ISO 9001 Certified since May of 1995. A copy of our certification is available upon request. 

Is there a standard shelf life on ABITEC products?
Shelf life varies on each product line. Please contact our Technical Support Team for specific product information.

What is the lead-time for ABITEC’s products?
Lead-time varies with each product. Please contact our Sales Service Department at: sales@abiteccorp.com for lead-time information.

Are ABITEC products Kosher or Halal certified?
The majority of our products qualify for Kosher or Halal certification. ABITEC is also capable of doing special Kosher for Passover Production Runs upon request. Please contact us for specific information on each product.
